About Us

Guro Roger is an FMA icon and part of the Lameco SOG, who were the original students of the late Punong Guro Edgar Sulite. Guro Roger continues the legacy of Lameco and focuses on the applied combative science of fighting, placing strict emphasis on the application of techniques in a real world scenario. His style of Lameco which he describes as Astig challenges his students to condition their bodies through physical repetition of proper form and footwork while constantly assessing the adversary in order to gain a competitive advantage.
